I am building a virtual surgical simulator that helps train doctors cut tissue. More specifically, there is a surgical tool in virtual environment, the doctor use surgical tool to cut the tissue, the tissue deforms and opens. All the above simulation need to be accomplished in real time, careful design of data structure and algorithm are needed.
